Appointments

-Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.  We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can accommodate your schedule.

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you, but in some cases we may need to reschedule your appointment.

– We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.  We have guest robes available to change into if needed.

-Please advise staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

-As a courtesy to our other guests, please turn all electronic devices to silent.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hrs. notice.

Please note: a 72hr notice for all extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, corrections, relaxers and special occasion styles is required.

*Credit card needed to hold apts. fee charged if you no show or cancel less than 24hrs.*

Pricing

All prices are subject to change upon consultation.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as cash and personal checks. Gratuity is appreciated in cash.

ALL personal checks require proper ID. A copy of your license will be made and kept confidential.
