Policies


Appointments

 

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can accommodate your schedule.
  • If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you, but in some cases we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We have guest robes available to change into if needed.
  • Please advise staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
  • As a courtesy to our other guests, please turn all electronic devices to silent.

 


Cancellations

 

  • Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hrs. notice.
  • Please note: a 72hr notice for all extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, color corrections, relaxers and special occasion styles is required.

 


*Credit card needed to hold all appointments, a $30 fee is charged if you no show, cancel or move less than 24hrs or designated time frame listed above. 50% of corrective services hourly pricing will be charged *

WE ARE FIRM ON THIS POLICY. If a credit card is declined, inactive or in any way unable to be charged you will not be able to rebook unless that fee is paid prior to appointment. Believe me we hate for this to have to be a policy, but we have had issues in the past and it is unfair to our stylists.


Pricing

 

  • We price on a level system. All prices have a starting amount. The prices vary depending on the stylist you see. The techniques used, amount of time and products used.
  • All prices are subject to change upon consultation. If there is a budget you have in mind please tell your stylist and they will come up with a result to fit your investment of time and money.


Products


Salon products  are no longer refundable or able to be exchanged

Damaged/broken  products can be returned for the same product within a week of purchase

Methods of Payment

 

  • We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and apple pay as well as cash and personal checks. Gratuities in cash or use Tippy or credit card tipping kiosk (small fee applies) Gratuities go directly to stylist.
  • ALL personal checks require proper ID. A copy of your license will be made and kept confidential.
